The following refund policy applies to registration fees for Diabetes Network of Arizona programs and events unless otherwise stated.

Full Refunds
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event or program start date are eligible for a full refund of registration fees.

Partial Refunds
Cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to the start date are eligible for a 50 percent refund of registration fees.

​

No Refunds
Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of verified medical or family emergencies.

Emergency Exceptions
Medical or family emergencies will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please contact Diabetes Network of Arizona as soon as possible if an emergency arises.

Program Cancellation
If an event or program is canceled by Diabetes Network of Arizona due to unforeseen circumstances, all registration fees will be fully refunded.
