Participation in Diabetes Network of Arizona programs and events is voluntary.

By registering for or attending an event, participants acknowledge that activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, outdoor environments, and group participation.

Participants and caregivers agree to assume responsibility for their own health, safety, and personal belongings while attending events. Diabetes Network of Arizona is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

Participation indicates acceptance of these terms and an understanding of personal responsibility during all programs and events.
